Your role as an Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultants perform the critical role of helping WorkJam Customers and Partners realise their expectations in functionality & value from their implementation and configuration of our software.

Consultants shepherd customers through a variety of implementation activities including the understanding of customer business processes & objectives, documentation, testing strategy, implementation, integration, training and support.


What you will be doing:


Participate in the full lifecycle of an implementation project including Business Analysis, Configuration Documentation, System Configuration, Design, Training and Testing.


Work directly with the customer's project team to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a systems configuration specification providing clients with a clear picture of how the software will solve their business needs.

Advocate and evangelise best practices to ensure long term success and value for our customers.

Work directly with WorkJam partners assisting with advisory services and support.

Ensure implementations meet customer specific outcomes and solve business challenges around frontline digital experience.

Develop and document testing strategies.

Collaborate with other project team members to ensure the success criteria agreed upon have been met.

Ability to travel up to 25%


What we're looking for:

4+ years in a customer facing, account management or implementation role at a SaaS company is highly valued.

3+ years operational experience in Retail, Hospitality or Service industry required.

2+ years driving projects and meetings remotely.

Expertise in workforce management, digital media, digital content is highly valued.

Experience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred.

Consultative approach to implementations.

Outstanding written and verbal communications.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Ability to methodically and rigorously pursue solutions.

Technical mindset and ability to gain in-depth understanding of software.

Strong troubleshooting instincts.

A sense of urgency and persistence.

Desire to be a critical impact player and connect your work to company results.

Flexibility to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.

A thirst for knowledge and growth in a dynamic, emerging company environment.

Proven ability to analyse, document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical parties.

University or college degree desirable.

Ability to work from Melbourne based office 2 days per week.
