We are recruiting a skilled people leader to lead our VIC and NSW HR Services team.

This opportunity will enable you to develop your people skills with scheduled mentoring from the HR Services Manager as well as be involved in exciting upcoming projects across a large Health Care organisation.

Reporting to the Manager HR Services, this role will primarily be responsible for:

Providing focused and caring leadership to the VIC and NSW Human Resource Officers (HROs) in the HR Services team (currently 6 direct reports)
Issuing complex contracts and variations to employment
Checking contracts and variations and advising HROs
Management and distribution of the daily work allocation to the team
Collaborating with Hiring Managers across the business to implement process improvements
Managing PageUp recruitment system maintenance and improvement initiatives along with People Ops Team Leads and Managers.
Driving consistency and standardisation
Providing guidance, coaching, training and reference material to new and existing team members as required
Acting as a point of escalation for HROs, Recruiters and Hiring Managers

About You

A strong alignment to the 'Ramsay Way'
Previous experience in a HR Services or similar role
Demonstrated success in leading HR teams
Knowledge of employment contracts and related IR legislation
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management
Problemsolving capability, curiosity, and ability to innovate
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
The ability to coach, influence and support team members and managers
Show positivity and resilience when managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Experience as a Super User or equivalent for a recruitment system or HRIS (PageUp and Workday highly valued)
