About the job:


  • The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for an experienced Program Marketing Manager to join us in North Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will take endtoend ownership of the Commercial segment marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, events and digital initiatives, to drive awareness, generate demand and pipeline for Red Hat's solutions with/through our partner ecosystem and direct to B2B customers.

You'll need to have excellent planning, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to create comprehensive integrated marketing programs and demonstrated experience working with field sales and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives through the various tactics and routes to market.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Red Hat Marketing Director, ANZ.


What you will do:


  • Plan, manage and deliver regional commercial marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets of the commercial business segment in ANZ
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organisation to plan and deliver commercial marketing initiatives that generate demand, awareness of our offerings and solutions, and overall market share; both direct to B2B customers and with/through the partner ecosystem and with consideration for the differing needs and priorities across corporate, territory and emerging sub segments
  • Ensure the integration of to, with and through partner ecosystem programs in the overall commercial marketing strategy and plans for ANZ, and drive leadpassing and followup to close the loop on demand gen ROI
  • Manage the lead funnel and guide effectiveness and efficiency of commercial marketing initiatives from monitoring topoffunnel volume to funnel conversion rates and actual pipeline generated
  • Manage allocated budget and marketing mix across the segment/region; be accountable for the ROI of commercial marketing programs
  • Analyse results, metrics, and reports to determine effectiveness of commercial program activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

What you will bring:


  • At least 8 years of relevant businesstobusiness (B2B) experience in hightechnology companies; software or solutionsfocused experience in segment, field and/or partner ecosystem marketing roles is preferred
  • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution, managing agencies, crossgroup collaboration and problem solving
  • Strong analytical mindset, with an understanding of data and segmentation that enables you to call on support from the analytics team to derive insights for better marketing programs segmentation and performance.
  • Proven success in managing complex and multifaceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team, collaborative environment and build relationships, as well the ability to work independently and autonomously, and experience working with the business and teams in driving pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to thrive in a fastenvironment, ability to manage multiple responsibilities and problem solve, as well as comfortable with ambiguity and handling multiple projects and moving pieces
  • Motivated selfstarter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving industry
