**Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health & Community Services Ltd.
Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service is a community-controlled health service
providing holistic health care to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities of the
ACT and surrounding areas. The Service manages approximately 30 programs through various
funding agreements and employs more than 80 staff offering salary sacrifice pursuant to tax
office regulations and organisational policy. We are looking for highly motivated and
experienced people for several positions.

**Contract Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager to work for Winnunga
Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service on a fulltime basis. The Contract Manager will be
responsible for writing and submitting policies and tenders, strategic planning, contract
negotiations, building a contractual framework, legal obligations, accreditation, and process
improvement. This role will focus on hands on administration, planning and performance of
contracts and requires close liaison with various teams within Winnunga.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience working in a government entity
with a primary focus on procurement & commissioning and outcome-based reporting. The
applicant must also have a broad understanding of the health care system along with
exceptional communication, deciphering, leadership and management skills.

The successful applicants should possess strong negotiation and drafting skills with a thorough
understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements. They should have the ability to
work independently, determine priorities, work within a team, and manage workloads to
achieve results, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively
within a multi-disciplinary team.
