We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to fill the role of Section Manager, People Services at Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ).

You will lead and manage a small team providing strategic and operational support to the organisation across a range of human resources (HR) functions.


You will use your leadership skills to support the team in maintaining and developing sustainable workforce related policies and strategic frameworks for positive organisational culture, workforce planning, and learning and development.


You will drive diversity, innovation and modernisation of systems and operations, displaying stewardship and continuously striving for best practice in service delivery.
