Capstone are proud to be partnering with an industry leading commercial real estate landlord who possess a portfolio of premium grade assets across multiple states.
A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or Senior Facilities Manager has presented itself to join the business as Operations Manager with responsibility across 3 states.
Your new role
Managing a premium grade industrial portfolio across three states, you will be responsible for supporting the business in the delivery of operations to ensure a safe, productive and sustainable portfolio.
The role will deliver operational and service delivery excellence across property management, operations and ESG for investors to ensure they are positioned as a market leading entity.
This critical role will manage all operational & engineering matters within the industrial portfolio, with a focus on driving capital works projects and with oversight across their external FM service provider, while working closely with the Asset Management team.

- Procure and manage Capex/Opex budgets.
Asset Operations & Technical Support:
Facilities Management- Oversight over external FM service provider.
Defects Management:

Tenant Fit-Out:

De-fit & Makegoods:

WHS
- Assist with the implementation of Sector policies, procedure and associated management plans across the business.

Sustainability
- Drive initiatives across development and stabilised assets.

Acquisitions/Divestments
- Assist National Ops Manager by reviewing and analysing technical due diligence reports and capital works assumptions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Facilities management qualification and/or experience.
- Project management qualification and/or experience.
- Relevant engineering or trade qualification advantageous.
- 6+ years experience in relevant technical roles industrial exposure preferred (retail experience is also highly regarded).
- Working knowledge of all relevant Acts.
- Contract administration experience.
- Budget setting and forecasting. Negotiation, presentation and business writing skills.
