About the Role


Sitting in the Operational side of the business, this go-to Accounts Payable role requires a proactive person with a thirst for learning and growing.

It will work closely with a range of stakeholders in the business and provide support to the Southern Commercia


In this essential role, you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry
  • Processing invoices, credit notes
  • Management of accounts (payable, receivable, disbursements, expenses, receipts, etc.)
  • Stock management and reconciliation of shipments
  • Liaise with suppliers and staff in relation to invoices and payments
  • Provide administrative/clerical support for the Commercial Manager

About YOU

  • At least 3 years' practical experience as a AP Officer or Finance Officer.
  • Experience with XERO and SAP (highly desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Word skills.
