The Role

The successful applicant will lead and improve Surveillance & Response System Program Office's (SRSPO's) Information Management and Export Control systems.

The Information Manager will engage with a broad group of stakeholders in order to achieve required outcomes and resolve complex issues.

This will require leading a team of dispersed individuals and providing training and support.

It will also involve implementing and managing a range of governance and assurance activities to drive performance and compliance outcomes.


This is a key enabling position, working within the Business Management Unit (BMU) and supporting all of SRSPO products and services.

Reporting directly to the Manager Strategy, Performance & Risk, the role supervises one team member and guides and influences several SRSPO personnel conducting Information Management and Export Control activities.


About our Team

Surveillance and Response Systems Program Office (SRSPO) ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).

This includes the P-8A Poseidon and the P-3C (Electronic Warfare) aircraft systems.

SRSPO also acquires and supports common Aeronautical Life Support Equipment (ALSE) that is used on all air vehicles operated by the RAAF, Navy and Army.

In the near future we will support a new remotely piloted high altitude long endurance aircraft system, the MQ4 Triton.
