We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer on a contract basis, working within a State Government Department. In this role, you will primarily focus on data entry and providing excellent customer service for a specific project.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately and efficiently input data into relevant systems
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate where necessary
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Undertake administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using relevant databases and systems

Desirable:


  • Knowledge of state government policies and procedures
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
