Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer on a contract basis, working within a State Government Department. In this role, you will primarily focus on data entry and providing excellent customer service for a specific project.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently input data into relevant systems
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide information in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate where necessary
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records
- Undertake administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using relevant databases and systems
Desirable:
- Knowledge of state government policies and procedures
- Experience working in a customer service environment
