We are seeking a switched on and motivated corporate receptionist to join this growing and highly respected Financial Services organisation.

This key role will support a busy office, with a high level client service focus - dealing with all clients, customers and business partners in a friendly and professional way as the face to the business.


The current Receptionist is stepping up into a higher level support role which allows us to open this opportunity up to a new and eager team member.


Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Monitoring and maintaining data in a confidential manner
  • Database and admin management
  • Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required
  • General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Organising couriers, stationary and any other office needs
  • Adhoc admin support to the team

Who you are?

  • Polished presentation, comfortable in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Switched on with great initiative
  • Minimum 2 years stable experience in corporate reception or client services in financial services
  • Experience with Databases, Systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organised and flexible approach to your working day
