In the role of Principal Advisor (Project Management Capability) you will;
- exercise your keen relationship and collaborative skills to integrate OnQ with associated portfolio, program, and governance methods to deliver successful QTRIP and corporate programs of work outcomes.
- exercise your keen relationship and collaborative skills to integrate OnQ project manager and team member learning and development strategies, plans and activities with TMR's Learning and Development strategy, plans and operating environment.
- manage a Standing Offering Agreement (SOA) to deliver project manager and team member capability improvements using your project management and learning and development experience to ensure and guide delivery of quality outcomes.

  • Support project managers by assisting with the resolution of complex issues and promoting best practices.
The role will suit a driven individual who

  • Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency
  • Maintains a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
  • Understands project management principles as applied to planning and delivery of projects. Supports project managers by promoting best practice, capability development and assisting with the resolution of complex issues.
  • Although not mandatory, formal qualifications in Project Management and/or substantial experience in design/development/delivery of projects; experience in creating or maintaining a project management method; current Cert IV Training and Assessment or equivalent or higher adult education qualification; substantial experience in developing capability development materials and delivering specialised project management training; and/or knowledge and experience in learning and development tools would be highly desirable.
