- Ability to Travel and Work more than one week a month in either Darwin or Alice Springs to ensure Team has a tangible leader within their work location and Service Provider key contacts are engaged and maintained.

- Currently hold or ability to lodge a National Police Check, dated within 3 months of commencement.

About the role
An exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS as our Clinical Governance and Risk Manager. This permanent, full-time role will see you responsible for quality, compliance, risk and innovation across ARRCS and it's operations. You will support ARRCS by building the capacity of our Service / Residential Aged Care Managers across our facilities to ensure that there is an effective, operational governance and quality framework within our Aged Care facilities with a priority on the provision of high-quality, person-centered care.
As the successful candidate, you will a tertiary qualification as a Registered Nurse and an unrestricted AHPRA registration. You will have previous experience working within the Aged Care industry and have expert knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks and quality standards. You will enjoy and have experience in managing staff and take a pro-active and innovative approach to your work and strategy to help grow ARRCS and it's Aged Care operations.
