About the role


You will play a key role in championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and really driving sales and growth.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Gouger Street store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.

Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will take responsibility for:

  • Leading, mentoring and empowering staff,
  • Ensuring compliance and safe work practices,
  • Maximising store performance,
  • Drive sales targets and business initiatives,
  • Ensure the provision of superior service delivery.
An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud.


About you


You should be able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.

If you are serious about joining a global employer and ethical corporate citizen, then we would like to hear from you.

You will also hold an ability to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly whilst engaging with key stakeholders. Your commitment to health and safety, and communication, negotiation and time management skills will be exceptional.

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
