Job Description:


  • As the Digital Marketing Manager, you direct the growth and development of the digital marketing vision and strategy, to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence. _
  • In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. _
  • Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, directing, and executing the digital marketing strategy for COS Australia in alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Work together with the wider E-Commerce team in creating an efficient and informative workflow towards setting longterm and shortterm goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Manage digital marketing agencies to drive local initiatives according to digital marketing strategy by reflecting customer demand.
  • Work with digital channel owners, Insight and Analytics teams, to implement and evolve measurement, and tracking and data, ensuring learnings are incorporated into future strategy and optimization of each channel.
  • Align all activity with other departments and the marketing calendar, while briefing all required digital marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to set targets with a focus on brand alignment and consistently tailoring the activity towards improving customer relevance.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and assist in driving both brand awareness and revenue.
  • Plan and execute O2O strategy by collaborating with Retail team and PR team, to cater a seamless experience towards the multichannel customer.
  • Coordinate the asset according to its purpose within our brand guidelines and publish content on local social channels and marketplaces.
  • Responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analysing the competitors' activities.
  • Ensure that all weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports are produced in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry updates and opportunities, betas and other tests, and proactively inform the wider business.
  • Approach work with purpose and organisation, whilst staying analytical and knowledgeable, with the ability to use data to measure performance and identify areas of improvement.

In addition to our values for this role we are also looking for:

  • Significant digital marketing experience in growing e-commerce businesses. Retail/fashion industry will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in successful performance marketing strategies in driving traffic and revenue
  • Strategic thinker and performance minded
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fastpaced dynamic environment, with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently and drive own projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, largescale, and timecritical projects
