About this role:
The Design/Studio Manager is responsible for ensuring the team is best equipped to provide high quality design and service clients.
These responsibilities span across various internal sectors including resource management, quality assurance, culture & wellness, design tooling, learning & development and more.
This role works closely with the Managing Director to ensure the studio is constantly evolving as a company to provide outstanding service and ground-breaking design across the design industry.

- Practice Management
Skills and Experience
- Experience as an Architect or Interior Designer is highly preferable
- Proven experience working on relevant projects, ideally workplace
- Excellent design sensitivity
- Experience managing a team of designers
- Studio/Practice & team management skills
