Growing organisation with strong team culture.

Facto is partnering with a national organization that has seen large, relative growth over the past 2 years.

The organisation is now looking to launch a B2B eCommerce website and has defined a strategy and requires a Product Manager to define the go-to-market and launch of this key digital product.

As the Product Manager, this organisation is looking for someone to lead the team, show ROI and provide analytical insights for customer improvement.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with the business to help define the roadmap and build the gotomarket strategy
Run endtoend product responsibility with a focus on customer adoption and successful product launch
Partner with delivery to work in an agile, iterative delivery framework working closely with Product Owners to define and size stories.
Be the voice of the customer to improve the customer value proposition creating a seamless experience.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have previously managed the end-to-end product launch with go-to-market and adoption focus
A strong analytical approach and good ability to talk data with the business
Enjoy managing and uplifting the delivery capability of the team and Product Owner across the business.
Looking for a permanent role and am happy to work hybrid with 23 days a week in the CBD
