Support Officer - Brisbane, Australia - Communities, Housing and Digital Economy
Description
As the Support Officer within Program Performance, you will provide administrative support to the team by communication with external and internal stakeholders as well as completing data entry and file management.
You will do this by:
- Coordinating the submission of annual financial reports from external stakeholders and manage nonreporting and compliance issues.
- Developing and maintaining systems for tracking and allocating incoming financial reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Administering SharePoint based website and document repository (uploading files, library, and list creation, maintaining user permissions list).
- Maintaining team task and issues registers; allocate tasks to team members; and respond to enquiries.
- Developing financial reporting templates, letters, and other associated documents
- Preparing and reviewing ministerial and executive correspondence
- Maintaining professional awareness and understanding of the social housing system and external stakeholders' requirements under various service agreements.
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders.
- Providing advice and support regarding funded providers' reporting compliance and the results of financial analysis.
- Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of daytoday operations
