The Position:
The Contract and Procurement Manager will focus on hard and soft facility services across their property portfolio with an approximate annual spend of around $4 million.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Articulating the required minimum service levels and standards through measurable indicators and KPIs.
- Developing contract incentives and penalties to ensure confidence that desired outcomes will be met.
- Reviewing the list of suppliers across the portfolio and providing recommendations to reduce the supplier base to achieve improved cost and performance outcomes for the business.
- Managing and monitoring the performance of contracts and liaising with contractors to fulfil their agreed contractual terms

Your Attributes and Background:
- Experience in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of legal matters relating to service contracts.
- Solid understanding of Work Health and Safety principles, policies and procedures and the ability to have a proactive approach to safety.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Highly developed time management, planning and attention to detail skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
