The key purpose of the position is to

To organise appointments, maintain records, perform reception duties and other tasks in order to ensure a smooth and efficiently functioning practice that provides an exceptional standard of care to our patients.

All duties are to be carried out in conjunction with the practice's policies and procedures.


Principal Duties & Accountabilities

• Reception Duties
• Record Handling and administration including proper use of Best Practice Software
• Assists doctors and other practice staff in meeting the needs of patients
• Other related duties which may be assigned from time to time

$ $32.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotating roster

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to follow strict Covid-19 safety procedures as set out by RACGP and NSW Health.


Education:

• Certificate I
• IV (preferred)

Experience:

- medical reception: 1 year (preferred)
