Position Objectives will be to:

Support ticket triage and provide 'Level 2' ICT support for incident, request, and problemsolving resolution
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to explain complicated technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to set priorities, plan and organise own work, in order to deliver results within agreed timing, quality and budget targets.
Attention to detail, root cause analysis, ability to problem solve.
