Job tasks and responsibilities
In addition you will also be required in offering technical support to other team members within the business.

This part of the business is the hub of the operation and as a result you will learn much about the operation of the business in this role.

Some of our team members have been in the role for over ten years. Average tenures in this department are high and we have relatively low turnover of team members.

Responsibilities of this role are ensuring high customer service levels and reverting to customers quickly with accurate answers and technical support.

In addition to your duties in the Contact Centre at Fortitude Valley, you may also be required to assist with retail duties in the clearance shop in Pinkenba on a Saturday, so it is important that you have your own transport.

Skills and experience

Key skills required are previous customer service experience, ability to pick up quickly on the in-house computer programs, knowledge of the MS Word Suite, including Excel.

A background in plumbing is highly desirable, as you will be required to assist in supporting and team members throughout the business.

The business is located in the heart of Fortitude Valley in great new and modern premises, close the shopping precinct, and also walking distance to the city.

As you will be required to support the retail shop in Pinkenba, you will definitely require your own transport, as public transport to this area is not frequent.

Major transport hubs are right on our doorstep, making your lifestyle choices easy with so much to do in your back yard.
