Training Officer to join our HR Team in Kewdale on a part-time basis
The Role:
- As the Training Officer, you will report into the HR Business Partner Lead and provide Training, Learning & Development and administrative support to the HR Team, Trainer & Assessor and the wider company
- You will be part of providing a vital Training, Learning & Development experience to all new & existing employees in the company with responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
- Induct new hires into the business and conduct orientation sessions.
- Deliver training courses as necessary in support of the Trainer & Assessor. (Includes some hands on training)
- Update/maintain/create internal VOC and SWP assessment materials.
- Design and expand training and development based on the needs of the organisation and the individual and produce training material for inhouse courses.
- Ensure all employee training certifications are uploading into STEMS
- Be the MyLearning administrator and support for all Epiroc University Global assigned programs
- Provide reports on training and learning and development programs
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
- Establish and maintain Traineeship and Apprenticeship programme.
- We have a preference for the role to be Monday to Friday in a parttime capacity.
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years' previous experience in an Training or HR role;
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office;
- Strong administration and data entry skills;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Excellent communication skills
- Good numeracy and accuracy skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and determine priorities;
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking skills;
- Be enthusiastic and supportive of business requirements;
- Confident and positive can to attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to change;
- Be the 'Go To' person for all things Training, Learning & Development.
