Junior Counsel/ Paralegal

We will count on you to:

  • Reviewing legal agreements such as client service agreements, supplier agreements and confidentiality agreements;
  • You will be part of a team forming our contracting centre of excellence;
  • Liaison between legal and rest of the company;
  • General legal duties such as having agreements signed by Directors and distributing appropriate papers;
  • Assisting in producing reports, manuals, and presentations;
  • Other tasks as directed by the manager.

What you need to have:


  • To be currently studying a law degree or recently qualified
  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Thrive in a highpressure environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and accurately to meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of writing and communication skills
  • Ability to draft and edit concisely
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
