The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging industry partners to identify job leads and match eligible students participating in the Jobs Victoria program with the right employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Connect with industry partners to identify job opportunities and requirements
Actively seek suitable vacancies for jobready students and explore employment options
Maintain relationships with employers, industry, and professional organisations to establish future opportunities
Work collaboratively with student mentors

Skills & Experience:

Background in recruitment, sales, or business development
Knowledge of job placement and/or employment services
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and motivate
Confident making cold calls
