We are currently seeking a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Factory Worker. Our client, based Central to the Sunshine Coast is a well-established company specializing in aluminum and powder-coated fencing.

Job Details:

Position: Factory Worker
Location: Woombye, Queensland
Hours: Monday to Tuesday: 6:30 am 3:00 pm; Wednesday to Friday: 6:30 am 12:30 pm
Potential for Permanent Position

Responsibilities:
As a Factory Worker, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with manual labor tasks, such as lifting, moving materials, and general warehouse duties.
Operating a forklift to transport and stack materials as required (a forklift license is preferred).
Contributing to the fabrication process, including cutting aluminum and powercoated fencing.
Maintaining general housekeeping of the factory, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Assisting with local deliveries when needed, covering areas from Rockhampton to the Gold Coast.
Demonstrating organizational skills and selfmotivation to complete tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in manual labor and warehouse operations is preferred.
Forklift license is beneficial.
Possession of an MR or HR license is highly advantageous.
Ability to cut aluminum and work with powercoated fencing materials.
Strong organizational skills and selfmotivation to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record for potential delivery duties.
