Organisation:
Our client makes a vital contribution to Melbourne's waterway.

They achieve this by supplying high-quality drinking water, providing outstanding sewerage services, integrating drainage systems, building resilience to flooding and enhancing our waterway and land for greater community use.

The role:
Part of an ongoing Change and Communication project. The project is expected to run for the next 8-10 weeks with set go-live dates in this timeframe. The role will update assets and re-write the communications on internal and external communications. The role will liaise with key internal stakeholders and advise on best practices for communications.

Duties:

Update written communications across multiple departments to incorporate the organisation's new values.
Assets to be updated include, website content, social media content, and HR documents
Liaise and advise relevant stakeholders on best practice
Stakeholder and relationship management

Skills and experience

High level written skills and previous Communications experience
Experience with Change Management, Organisational Development, HR
Demonstrated relationship and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within agreed timelines
