They are seeking an
Industry Development Manager to join their New South Wales team, focusing on innovative business development and partnership building.


Your Role:
Creating Pathways

As an Industry Development Manager, your mission will be to:


  • Identify and Secure Opportunities: Actively source and secure new business opportunities in sectors like horticulture, engineering, IT, and more.

Build Strong Partnerships: Enhance and expand relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, contributing to the growth and visibility of apprenticeship programs.

Engage the Community: Increase awareness of the services offered, liaising with educators and representing the organization at industry events.


Who We Need

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong network in various industries and a track record in business development.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Is proactive, selfmotivated, and committed to making a difference.
  • Holds a valid driver's license, is willing to travel as needed, and has the right to work in Australia.
  • Understands the Vocational Education Sector and how it operates.
