They are dedicated to ensuring workplace occupational health and safety while delivering outstanding products to their customers.

Role Overview:

As the Team Leader within their Food Production Operation, you will play a central role in delivering daily business production objectives.

Your responsibility will be to lead and oversee the production of various pastry and pie products, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Your past experience within in a bakery (or similar food production) operation, combined with your leadership skills, will contribute to the success of our team and the overall production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your trade skills and bakery experience to produce a diverse range of pastry and pie products.
Set up, operate, and monitor the pastry pie production line, optimising quality, and minimising waste.
Coordinate and provide training to team members on the efficient operation of the pie line.
Safely operate machinery and ensure adherence to operational and safety protocols.
Meet production targets while upholding HACCP, GMP, quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Attributes:

Trade qualifications in pastry cooking / baking or relevant field.
Experience as a Team Leader on a production line in a plant bakery setting or equivalent.
Meticulous attention to detail to uphold product quality and consistency.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, contributing positively to the team's dynamics.
Proven adherence to safety procedures and always ensuring a safe working environment.
