The Role:

The CRM Specialist will report to the General Manager – Marketing & Growth and will be responsible for managing technical roadblocks with IT department and agencies, reporting and analysis of automated and ad hoc campaigns , conducting testing to identify and refine customer behaviour, and evaluating ongoing campaigns for ROI, traffic, and other key metrics.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and deploy HubSpot projects in line with Marketing and Growth strategies.

This person will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify new opportunities within the platform to increase efficiency and revenue. They will also involve collecting and contributing customer behaviour data to assist in the refinement of targeted audiences' profiles.

Key Responsibilities Include:

About You:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (desired)
Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
