About our Opportunity


This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in a customer service role, laying invaluable foundations to grow and take your career in any direction you wish.

You will be mentored by our professional, friendly team within our Rowville site carrying out administrative tasks and working closely with internal and external customers, whilst you're completing a Certificate III in Business.


You will
- answer incoming calls assisting customers with enquiries
- direct calls and convey messages promptly and accurately

  • General administrative duties such as data entering quotes and orders

About You


This role is an entry-level position and would suit an individual wishing to start a career path in Customer Service, Sales and/or Administration fields.

In order to be considered you must have hold a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education.

We're looking for a customer-focused team player who is comfortable talking on the phone. We will of course provide you with all the training needed to thrive in this varied and rewarding traineeship.


You will also be:
- confident using MS Office
- ability to follow instructions and positively welcome feedback
- ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- dependable, punctual and able to work Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
