Key Responsibilities:

  • Building positive relationships with customers and consumers at various touch points in their journey
  • Providing technical product knowledge and solutions to customers and consumers
  • Managing customer expectations and providing "no" answers when necessary
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a "wow" experience throughout the customer journey
  • Utilising various data sources to provide relevant and timely information to customers and consumers
  • Collaborating with other experts in the business to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and consumers
  • Demonstrating loyalty to and protecting company brands

Experience:


  • 23 years of customer service/sales experience
  • Customer focus/engagement experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Product knowledge is a benefit
  • SAP knowledge is a benefit
