We have a great opportunity for an admin superstar to join our team
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Supporting reception and front desk operations
- Welcome clients and visitors to our office
- Answering phones and attending to customer/park calls & queries in a prompt and timely manner
- Processing of all incoming and outgoing mail
Processing payments from customers joining BIG4's Rewards program
Monitor the Marketing Inbox and respond to a range of enquiries relating to
- Donations vouchers
- Park Enquiries
- Business Enquiries
Skills & experience you will have;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise multiple tasks
- Have a flexible approach and be a strong team player.
- Be a hardworking individual with a fun and down to earth personality.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
