You will get to:


  • Manage the program of work within a sound commercial construct but agile in nature and practice.
  • Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget and service levels.
  • Foster open communications across teams, crossfunctionally and within the organisation to identify development dependencies and expose risks early and often.
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve the user experience and support our commercial objectives.
  • Work with the product team to build a roadmap for the overall product vision and objectives.
  • Speak with customers to identify needs, validate ideas and collect product feedback.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements by developing user stories, specifying acceptance criteria and testing needs.
  • Work with the development team to deliver quality features and products that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with the Product Designers to translate concepts to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
  • Keep uptodate with changing legislative requirements of Local and State government across Australia.

More about you:


  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
  • You are skilled at ensuring a strong execution of qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • You are a team player with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • You have a high degree or creativity and drive and thrive in this space
  • You have achieved a Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • You have knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps software(not essential, but a plus)
  • You have 2+ years experience in building products, preferably in the Saas B2B space
  • You have hands on experience working in an agile product development environment
  • Property & Rating or Finance management experience a plus.
  • Prior experience in working with or on large technology projects.
  • Worked on projects of scale/digital transformations.
  • Experience with software systems in the Government sector would be of benefit
