Northern Sydney - Dural, NSW:


  • Fast paced, rewarding National BusinessThis is an additional Sales role as we grow our team for further business growth and development. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and in a team of 8 in house, this position will be part of what will be part of a small Sales team to drive growth Nationally across both B2B and B2C. They are part of a small, dedicated team built on a strong valuesbased culture to expand our product offering further into the markets in which we operate.


The role is a frontline Sales role, mostly office based and responsible for building & maintaining relationships, meeting Sales KPI's, Sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction to broaden the reach of our products and services that can make a lasting difference in people's lives.

Some months of the year may involve participation in trade shows/expos and national travel to set up and front these events with other members of staff.


RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPERIENCE, CORE CAPABILITIES:


Core Responsibilities:

  • Daytoday management of the inbound and outbound Leads, Quote creation and followups
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM for all Customer interactions & Xero effectively for Quotes
  • Achieving operational excellence & achieve individual, Dept & company metrics
  • Effectively administrate Salesforce CRM system with high attention to detail and in real time to Leads, Contacts and Opportunities
  • Meet Sales targets, strive for Sales team & Business KPl's
  • Contribute to Weekly Sales meetings, Monthly Sales reporting, Annual business planning
  • Build collaborative relationships with Customers, Distributors & nurture existing Key Accounts
  • Be part of a small, committed team passionate about making a difference to the lives of others
  • Be an advocate for the business within the industry by continuing to build contacts and strategic relationships in the industry
  • May represent Para Mobility in local and national events, participating or presenting at in industry conferences, tradeshows, workshops, and inservices
  • Contribute to developing the overall marketing in line with industry and consumer insights by proactively seeking industry trends, market intelligence, the latest consumer insights, customer feedback and new technology.

About You:

  • Highly computer literate
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM or similar and a passion for data integrity
  • Ability to understand building plans and technical data would be highy preferred
  • Experience with Aquatic sector, Medical Device/AT, Construction or Health/Disability/Aged Care sectors will be highly regarded
  • Experience with Google docs, or Microsoft platform
  • Word, Excel, PPT
  • Experience in navigating tender platforms would be highly regarded
  • Proven ability of creating and maintaining memorable customer experiences delivered through exceptional customer experience standards
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Professional development opportunities to progress to present at trade shows and expos if desired
  • Australian resident, qualified to work in Australia

Work Environment:

For the most part the employee will be exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
