    We are a modern medical practice located at Milsons Point and are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate team leader to join us.

    You will be responsible for managing a team of medical administration staff, Nurses and Doctors.
    Responsibilities Overseeing daily practice operations.

    Managing clinical and non-clinical staff rosters Managing the financials of the practice e.g., end of month reports, patient billings & practice invoices Recruiting, training, and supervising new administrative employees Nurturing and building the team to deliver sustainable, excellent customer service and patient care.

    Monitoring, evaluating & maintaining policies and procedures to remain compliant to regulations & legislation.
    Driving a culture of safety, respect, and quality that permeates all aspect of Practice operations.

    Interacting with patients and gaining customer feedback about the practice Addressing patient complaints in a compassionate and timely fashion Skills and Experience Preferred Experience in administration within General Practice Excellent proven skills in delivering operational efficiency and control.

    Understanding of or experience in General Practice accreditation standards.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, organized and pro-active attitude with a professional manner and presentation.
    Knowledge of Best Practice software Eagerness to learn with critical thinking skills.
