Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Landscape Solutions is looking for a top Team Leader to oversee a team of gardeners working on some of our most prestigious clients' sites.

If you are a good motivator with a hands-on approach, this might be the role you


So, what duties can you expect to do?

  • Motivating your team to ensure that only the highest standard is being delivered
  • Hands on leadership approach
  • Maintain the gardens, lawns, and grounds of our clients
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

What are we looking for?

  • Previous team leading/supervisory experience
  • Sound horticulture knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment

What will you need?

  • Ideally possess Certificate III in Parks and Gardens
  • Driver's licence and WHS White Card
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • 5+ years of experience
