a National Sales Manager CPC Components in Eaton's
Electrical business, based in
Mascot Australia.

What you'll do:
The purpose of this role is to lead the CPC Component Sales Team for ANZ Division to achieve organic profitable growth.
The role is responsible for the development and promotion of creative solutions for specific identified channels, customer needs and/or segments to meet CPC strategic objectives.
The role requires the utilization of a diverse network of contacts and the ability to develop Eaton products and technologies in the market.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Sales & Marketing
- Improve sales effectiveness & efficiency of the sales organization by monitoring sales activity, participating in customer visits monitoring customer sales reporting, pipeline and providing feedback on performance with regular cadence, reviewing customer satisfaction via communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a primary listening and learning source for business intelligence. Understand products, market segments, competitive positioning and provide input to planning processes.
- Build Eaton brand awareness through via a marketing plan
- Act as a primary listening and learning source intelligence. Understand products, market segments, competitive positioning and provide input to planning processes.
- Ensure that pipeline is maintained, followed up and is used for the purpose of forecasting.
- Collaborate with CPC marketing to promote Eaton products to channel partners and electrical wholesalers with a wellplanned marketing and promotions calendar

Commercial Excellence
- Achieving market share growth aspirations for CPC Components
- Managing profitability of component sales and achieving plan for sales and margin
- Executing pricing actions to market
- Achieving appropriate risk vs. reward for deals and ensuring compliance to the organizational delegation of authority for approval of key contracts
Vision & Strategy
- Establishing & executing "gotomarket" strategy for CPC components that leverages the Eaton value proposition and achieves cost to serve metrics.
- Prioritizing sales effort for Eaton IEC components to ensure market share growth end demand generation for Eaton factories.
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred but not mandatory)
- A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a senior sales management role
- Prior company experience in the Australian Electrical Business (Power Distribution & Motor Control Centres).
- Agile creative and strategic thinking
- Experience in complex change management
