This Specialist Support Coordinator Disability role is for someone who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to find suitable and quality housing.

The people we work with may be currently living in difficult or inappropriate settings - including hospital, residential aged care or other unsuitable housing.

About the Role:


We are currently seeking someone who will play a vital part in supporting people with disabilities to understand their housing options and develop compelling evidence for submission to the NDIA.

We value individuals who prioritise the needs and preferences of our clients, bringing their stories to life and working towards high-quality outcomes.


Employment Type:
Ongoing, full-time or agreed part-time. Our office is in Box Hill Melbourne.


The Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in understanding housingrelated supports within their NDIS plans
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of eligibility criteria for NDIS Home and Living Supports
  • Stay uptodate with NDIS legislation and changes related to home and living supports
  • Manage your time effectively to reach standard KPIs

Desired Skills and Experience:


Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


  • Qualifications in social work, psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, including mental health nursing
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and relevant legislation
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex needs
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
