Litigation (Insurance)
The Litigation team is led by five partners who all have leading reputations in the industry.

They provide a full complement of litigation and dispute resolution services across areas including administrative, construction, contractual, defamation, employment, estate, insolvency and debt recovery, insurance, intellectual property and property.

In addition to working in the full range of tribunal and court jurisdictions, they are also active in commissions and inquiries.

Position Description

The Litigation team is looking for a lawyer at the 1 to 4 years' PAE level with a keen interest in working across a range of insurance disputes.

You will work closely with a partner advising clients including self-insureds and insurers on insurance disputes (negligence claims, public liability and coronial inquests).

It is an extremely varied and rewarding role.

Requirements:

You will be a solicitor with most likely 1 to 4 years' post admission experience with experience in insurance disputes.

In addition, you will have:
