Do Work That Matters

Design and implement Product and Sales training programs for our sales team.
Deliver training to new and existing sales team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles.
Identify areas where our sales team could improve their performance and design training programs to address these areas.
Evaluate the effectiveness of our sales training programs and adjust them as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our teams have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in sales training.

Help us deliver a better future for Everyday Business Banking:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs.
Knowledge of best practices in sales training.
Willingness to travel as required.
