My client is looking for a technical team lead to join their great team They are based in the healthcare industry aiding support providers.

They are currently building out their team and are looking for a technical team lead to oversee 5 direct reports.

This role is able to be remote Australia wide, with the ability to pay up to $175,000 plus super depending on experience.


About the role:

  • Work alongside the CTO, Product owners, and clients.
  • Report directly to the CTO of the company.
  • Oversee the engineering of your team and projects.
  • Create roadmaps to bring a team up to expected standards.
  • Promote good engineering practices and foster a creative, supportive environment.

About you:

  • Have several years in a managerial position utilising Ruby on Rails and ideally on a SaaS platform.
  • A good understanding of JavaScript frameworks.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Come from a handson position utilising ruby on rails.
  • A passion to lead and a passion for web development.
