The Role


Reporting to the Head of Delivery for the Claims, Corporate and Platforms Value Streams, the Delivery Lead role is a newly created 18-month fixed term contract opportunity as part of our Accelerate program.


Aimed at reducing the risks within our business that may lead to breaches, events and poor customer outcomes, this includes different streams of work across different areas of the business, such as Group Insurance, Individual Insurance, Operations, Finance etc.

with the goal of removing our manual processes, improving and uplifting existing systems so that we can better meet our regulatory obligations and customer and partner expectations.

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the execution of various initiatives across the infrastructure and operations space.


You will succeed in doing so by leading and guiding various agile scrum teams across the business to ensure that we deliver in a continuous improvement and agile manner.


You will also manage key components of the deliverables as a Project Manager would - to execute and deliver these initiatives to timelines and budgets.


About You


As an experienced Delivery Lead within the infrastructure and operations domain, you will ideally possess a minimum of 5 to 8+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in delivering solutions across various platforms and tools.


Your preference for delivering in an agile methodology, coupled with your passion for continuous improvement will enable you to continuously deliver on our strategic initiatives while addressing potential issues, to prioritise and to adjust the scope or time to deliver.


You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high velocity of change and ambiguity, enabling you to hit the ground running immediately whilst planning and prioritise the resources required to meet any deliverable deadlines.


Lastly, your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functionals stakeholders will drive your team's success in meeting both the operational and strategic needs of the business in order to meet our obligations as part of the Accelerate program.

Prior experience in the insurance vertical is preferred but not essential.
