Our centre is a purpose-built long-day care which is operated by an experienced team of professional educators with extensive knowledge in Children's Services.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality Early Childhood Education. We have positions at Miranda, Gymea and Caringbah.

We are seeking a passionate Certificate III, Diploma or ECT to join our amazing team

Selection Criteria:

Certificate III,Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Teacher
Must have a current Working with Children's Check.

- up to date First aid

Have great communication skills
Use initiative
Have the ability to work as part of a team
Have the ability to work with children in all situations
Have the ability to motivate others, be persuasive, organised, and calm
Be flexible
Be dedicated and committed to the team

General Responsibilities:

To work as part of a team, with other educators in providing an environment where new ideas are welcome and encouraged and educators are valued.
To assist in providing a calm and inviting environment that the children enjoy, through organisation and participation in the daytoday operations of the centre.
To be willing to further current knowledge and skills in the childcare field.
To be approachable to educators, visitors, parents and children in a friendly welcoming manner.
Carry out and follow the daily routine of the Centre, while remaining flexible to accommodate children's interest.
Supervise children at all times and be at children's level when interacting.
To assist with children's toileting and nappy change, assisting with toileting routines and following hygiene practices.
Give each child individual attention and comfort as required.
To have good relations and build trust with children and parents.

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
