The Opportunity

As a fairly new established branch, this office is set to take the western suburbs by storm as they continue their domination of the Melbourne property market.

They are committed to enhancing the customer experience for the community of Wyndham backed by a huge international brand, this agency although small in size have access to exceptional marketing and training opportunities.

The Role

This role is Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays with time in lieu and flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Routine Inspections
OFIs
Condition reports
Entry & Final Inspections
Maintenance
General property management
Leasing and client relationship management
Setting processes and procedures
Some leasing / property management background or have had extensive real estate reception experience and ready to take on a challenge.
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver's License
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and immaculate presentation
Ability to multi task and manage your time
