We are seeking a


Finance and Commercial Manager (m/w/n)

Full time:

Purpose of the Position:

Supporting the ENcome team to ensure compliance with contracts and internal procedures and support the continuous and healthy growth of entity.

ENcome is an expanding independent service provider with a proud history quickly becoming an industry leader of the operation and maintenance of solar energy power plants.


Your tasks:


Finance / Controlling

  • Liquidity and cash planning
  • Monthly accounts closing support and review
  • Reporting on financials to HQ monthly
  • Regular commercial contract review and discussion with Management and SAM (GM-Analysis)
  • Planning (year)
  • Forecasting
  • Check and approve payments
  • Ensure compliance of process and workflow (purchase to pay, sales)
  • Manage Tax Advisor and Payroll together with Accounting
  • Coordinate financial accounts for the annual audit process

Managing Contracts

  • Response and deal with upcoming questions/interpretation of contracts
  • Negotiate contract extensions
  • Managing Contracts in CMMS together with SAM
  • Overview on Contract issues/challenges (commercial)
  • Contract Variations to be reviewed for commercial terms
  • Response to official letters
  • Keep contact with clients work together with SAMs

Commercial

  • Purchase Order Management and Approval
  • Cost overview analysis (COGS, OPEX)
  • CAPEX discussion
  • Negotiate on leasing contracts
  • New business support MD in tender process
  • New business support and consult with price calculation
  • Review new contracts together with legal
  • Review and negotiate SLAs

Insurance

  • Update and renew insurances
  • Deal with actual topic with General Admin and SAM
  • Manage Work Cover together with Accounting/Payroll

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Finance/ Controlling /Contract Management

Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial roles, including finance, legal, contracts.
  • Experience as Controller and conducted budgeting/planning
  • Knowledge in working with ERP Systems
  • Experience supporting a team of contract management professionals in a project management environment.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of understanding accounting and accounting rules
  • Leadership capability gained in a large and complex organisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation applicable to commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing and interpreting highquality contracts and assessing variations.

Skills:


  • Ability to understand, read and interpret legal topics/contracts
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial data analysis and process
  • Use systems (CMMS) to comply with work flows
  • Ability to negotiate with clients, contractors
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of conceptual, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and achievement within a rail environment is advantageous.
