Primary Purpose of the Role


The Project Administrator works in close collaboration with the Management Team and online influencers to develop and deliver online and offline projects across Sydney on schedule and within budget.

This role works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects to assist clients to promote their brand exposure or product launches.


Your role
Your position will have a strong focus on the planning, coordination and implementation of various projects for our clients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development, management, and implementation of various projects, ensuring alignment with clients' goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve projectrelated issues, cultivating positive and lasting client relationships.
  • Produce and develop project management documentation, including contracts, briefs, project meetings minutes;
  • Produce schedules for project preparation, coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to develop deadlines;
  • Collaborate with multiskilled internal or external teams to ensure project goals are met effectively.
  • Advise senior management or clients on potential challenges (including platform regulatory or site management risks) or opportunities during the project implementation process.
  • Prepare draft project budgets and manage expenses to achieve a balanced budget
  • Monitor and report on progress and evaluate the project on completion in consultation with key stakeholders.

Requirement

  • Tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline is preferred but not essential if experience is deemed equivalent (minimum 3 years)
  • Sound knowledge of the new media industry and international/multicultural event planning and organisation
  • Demonstrated expertise in the development and delivery of online and offline projects of various sizes according to target audiences
  • Demonstrated negotiation, influencing and problemsolving skills, including the proven ability to resolve daytoday operational issues
  • Experience in financial and project management including budgeting, processing invoices and contractual paperwork.
  • Knowledge of relevant platform regulatory requirements, insurance, and risk management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, (written, verbal and presentation), both with internal and external stakeholders
  • IT literate, analytical and decisionmaking skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
