We are looking for a
HR People Partner to join our HR Operations team based at our Toll People site in Derrimut, VIC.

You will be supporting the Toll People casuals on 3rd party sites function of the division by providing professional and timely guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related activities.

These activities will include, however not limited to, partnering with leaders and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategies, training & development, workplace investigations & grievances in line with company policies and procedures.


This opportunity sits within our growing HR Operations team, suited to someone with prior experience in a high-volume role in a heavily unionized environment.

You will have a track record of generalist experience and have the ability to communicate and coach effectively to all areas of the business, to ensure better outcomes on people related matters.


Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years Human Resources experience in a similar role
  • Proven capability in HR Case Management managing grievances and investigations end to end with strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Strong foundation in a broad range of contemporary HR principles & practices.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building trusted relationships.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraints.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law or a businessrelated discipline.
