Information Systems and Records Management Officer

The Uniting Church in Australia Queensland Synod is seeking an Information System and Records Management Officer to join our Information and Technology team.

The successful applicant will work in a small, passionate team and be responsible for supporting systems and managing records and related information services to support efficient storage.

The position's key responsibilities include:_

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve business systems usability or resolve issues.
  • Analyse and resolve systems problems and incidents and log relevant details.
  • Ensure staff are trained in the correct process of storing digital and nondigital records
  • Customer Relationship Management System administration (CRM, primarily used as a records management system)
  • Liaise with individual users and process owners regarding support requests and the development and maintenance of requirements documentation.
  • Develop Power BI reports in response to client's needs for system information.
  • Provide oversight and ensure compliance with the Records Management framework.

$81, $95,470.00 per year
