    Description

    We are looking for a Commercial Product Specialist to enhance our operations across Oceania. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Lely Centers by closely working with the Farm Management Support (FMS), Technical Service Support (TSS), and Account Management teams. This position presents a great opportunity to influence our strategic initiatives and assist in the growth and advancement of our regional teams.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the FMS, TSS, and Account Management teams to assist Lely Centers, with a focus on training, development, and executing 5-year plans.
    • Training and Development: Support in training and enhancing the skills of Lely Center and Cluster teams.
    • Market Intelligence: Collect and convey market intelligence to relevant stakeholders for making informed strategic decisions.
    • Regional Support: Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and technical inquiries from the Oceania region, working closely with teams from Lely International Head Office.
    • Travel: Engage in regular local and international travel, particularly to New Zealand, to ensure effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

    Reporting Structure:

    The Commercial Product Specialist will report to the Manager Proposition and collaborate extensively with competence teams within the commercial sector.
