We have been providing services for NDIS Participants, in the process of becoming NDIS registered and provide a range of services to NDIS clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of NDIS clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Find the referrals for the supports and services required by participants, their families on an individual basis.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS providers and participants.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow ours client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency's services remain competitive.
  • Engage with NDIA regional contacts, including Local Area Coordinators
  • Maintaining the direct interactions with Nsw Public Health, Social workers, Support coordinators
  • Meet targets as determined for effective service provision and adhere to KPI's
  • Monitor and report progress against NDIS Goal Plans, budgets, and data collection
  • Maintain positive working relationships and linkages with community agencies, clinical services, and all other relevant providers to ensure effective communication, referrals and support coordination can occur

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, NDIS engagement, and sales.
  • Proven success in managing NDIS accounts and building client relationships.
  • Experience working within the NDIS framework and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
